I have had a bad experience with dbppl.com and I will never use them again. The person who created the site was very user-friendly but this particular account I had for over 2 years now and Ive never had any issues with it. Ive also had others say they had to change their passwords because of how difficult it was to keep track of.Im not sure what the problem is but I think its something about the sites design or the people who were given those accounts - well see

I think that dbppl.com is a terrible business. They are incredibly slow and unable to even provide an email address for customer service. Ive had to call them up and ask for help with my computers security issues. Im very impressed with their IT solutions and services but they just dont work for me.
