I had a terrible experience with this company. Their servers are very slow and their customer service is absolutely terrible. They would not respond to my emails or phone calls for weeks at a time. I finally got someone on the line who said that they were out of stock and couldnt do anything about it because the company was sold two months ago. Do not bother using this company if you want to get your data backed up and have any kind of reliability.

This company is terrible I would not recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional and do not seem to have any idea about the cloud. Their servers were down for a few hours last week and they did not even try to tell me what was going on. Overall this company is a huge waste of money.

I just signed up for Decospa Cloud and everything was new to me. I was told by the person who Talked to my climber that he or she needed a clairity level of 10000 and a fast speed. The speed was later increased to 15000. I have tried both and the speeds are differentials are high as well. What is this about Im not getting help from Decospa Cloud Im just having to go through the internet to find what it is that they need from me. Save your money and dont even sign up for this company again.

Decospaacloud is a company that takes advantage of the fact that people have poor internet access all over the world. They are able to provide their customers with excellent services for a low cost. But unfortunately some of the customers at decospaacloud do not like their services as good as they should. For example they should not need any other cloud service but Decospaacloud to be able to watch TV and movies online. The customer service is always available to help with any issues you may have. They will be more than happy to help you out.

I just got a decospaacloud and its the worst thing that has ever happened to my internet. I was using it for about 10 months and it was great. Now its terrible. Im not able to get online at all. Ive tried every way to get help from their customer service but theyre not any response. transcend is also unable to help or even wade through the sea of complaints about this companys recent actions which have left many users like me communicationsally unwell. It is clear that they have lost trust in the product and in themselves as a result. Do not bother buying from these people
