I am sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with company deepforktechnology.com. The entire process from start to finish was extremely frustrating and took more than expected. The main problem was that the customer service reps were very unhelpful and didnt seem to care about their customers. In addition the website itself is quite outdated and difficult to use. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Deep Fork Technology is a dead-right mess.The first time I contacted them I got an email back saying they were out of your product and would be for a few days.The second time was much earlier - they had already delivered the product I needed and were asking for my 25 order to be processed.If it isnt addressed in the customer service representatives education program then it will be rectified in the next round of management.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
