I was very disappointed with company deligence.com. The salesperson I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. She would not answer my questions or provide any information about the product she was selling. Additionally her prices were quite high for what she provided. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Just Bought A Salesforce Load"

I just bought a Salesforce load of really high-end software from this company and its all been quite successfully running already. However the customer service is terrible. Every time Ive made a purchase they have call me immediately after hours to tell me that the product has arrived and to set up my payment method. Then I have to follow some complicated instructions to get the software up and running. Then they tell me that my account is ready for sale and I cant use it until I update my buggy Salesforce program. Finally they say well process your purchase for you but dont even take your contact information because you wont be selling anything else soon Terrible customer service and never going back again.
