1 stars - terrible user experienceI absolutely hated the customer service I received from Den Creative. They did not seem to care about their customers and were more interested in making money than providing a good experience. There was no response to my emails or questions about my account which made me feel very left out and unimportant. Furthermore the website was really cluttered and confusing so it was hard to figure out what exactly was happening with my account. Overall this company is a complete waste of time and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Den Creative. The entire process from start to finish was incredibly rushed and inept. They did not provide any information about what their services were or how much money I would be spending. In the end I ended up paying way more than necessary and got nothing in return for my investment. Save your time and money dont go through this company

I have had the pleasure of working with Den Creative for a few months now and can tell you that I am definitely notitolizing my time here. The work is impeccable quality but every time I contact them for something new in terms of what we can create they seem to have already thought of something else Its been the experience as one employee put it and not by accident or mistake but more on purpose.The people at this company are however different. They are all very young 25-29 years old and when you think about it this age group has a lot to offer stories too. Maybe it is because these guys have been working hard for years or maybe its because theyve all seen what they consider to be an excellent work product but these young men seem to feel like theyre finally taking over the world. This isnt just an effect on them

I was a bit more content when I realized what was happening but now Im back where I started. The anxiety is still in the air but I cant seem to break through it. Theres too much noise and too much potential that is being wasted. Den Creative Creative Digital Agency is just like all the other agencies out there - you know until youre not. You never really know whats going to happen next.
