Its a website that offers free website development services in Kuwait and other provinces in Iraq. The company has been thesource of various complaints from users about poor customer service and unprofessionalism on the part of the staff.One user reported that they had to many times been able to fix a mistake by going through another service dept. There was no such thing as an extra fee for using this company it was all free. One user also felt that the customer service was unprofessional and there were no claims channels other than the email address. Furthermore the website seemed to be written in a way as to not take into accountly how people use it and found some places where they had to enter his or her personal information multiple times until it would show up in a response.
