I JustPaid MyensembleSecurity cameras were born to monitor my home and office environment. They are reliable efficient and their customer service is top-notch I highly recommend them.This companys customer service is terrible. Ive had trouble with two of their systems and they never paid attention to my questions or made sure that I was understanding the code. Now I have to call every day to ask when my security footage is back up and running.Im not sure what this company does right which makes them so bad at customer service.
