1 stars - terrible customer serviceI have had a terrible experience with company develoop.net. The first time I reached out they were very unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do for me. The second time I reached out after their app crash and they said that I needed to format my phone because there was no way to get help from them. And the third time They just told me that I needed to wait until someone else took care of it for me because their team was swamped. Do not bother using this company - their customer service is absolutely terrible

I have used this company for a few projects now and I have had some really bad experiences. The first project was for an ecommerce app and the developer never arrived so the entire project had to be redone from scratch. The second time was for a custom software development project and the developer never sent any progress reports so I wasnt sure what happened to my money. And lastly on another project the developer said they were going to release a new version of their software but never did. So now Im out about 2k that I wont be able to use again because of these two bad experiences.

This company is complete garbage. I had to go through their entire program twice before I was able to create an account and then after that it took forever for my software development project to start. The end result was that I couldnt even finish the project because they kept changing the date of the meeting which made it very difficult to coordinate with other people in the team.

I never felt happy with develoop.net until I started using it. Its an amazing platform but the user experience is terrible. Im not sure why it happened to me - maybe my computer is worse than yours But for the most part I feel very limited and uncomfortable.The company website or anything that might be related to ecommerce appears to be made in a time when websites were all about on-page optimization www.evertisingworld.comarticlethe-10-most-important-on-pagespeed-web browsers1. That being said develoop has continued to be one of the most user-friendly ecommerce platforms available today. The interface is easy to use and you can either browse through an apps features or start rating other apps using the 5 star system. You can also review a apps quality against others before adding it to your list of favorite apps.I would highly recommend develoop

Ive been using company develoop.net for about six months now and I can say that this is an industry-leading site in both the Barcelona and global areas of ecommerce. However I have one issue with the site the customer service is terrible. Im not sure what your problem is but its usually something about not being able to escape charges for account processing fees. Its already a lot to pay for just to get started Anyway I would recommend against using this site if youre looking for an industry-leading experience.
