Theyre in the business of starting up businesses and they make it very difficult for you to get started by offering a lot of options and then providing no support once you actually start your business. Additionally their pricing is horrendously high and their customer service is terrible. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

.Im not a customer of this company but my friend was. I have had nothing but problems with their products and I am not the only person to say that. We have been through so many issues with them that I want to know what is the companys stand on customer service.Weve had some bad customer service experiences with this company most notably my friend. They make very small steps in fixing their mistakes but then again theyre just starting out. So sometimes things happen and theyre not going to be able to fix it right away. Its frustrating when you work hard for your product and then they dont meet your expectations - especially since youre paying them.

.mxI was this companys customer serviceroller for a while and I was not happy with the situation. The phone numbers they would contact me were never what I thought they would be. I thought they were going to take care of me but instead they just transferred me to a different number and person. I had to call back 5 times and the last time I called they transferred me to a different number and person. It was really frustrating because I thought oh its all going to be okay. Company devhive.mx needs some new customers because the customer service wasnt good at all.
