1. Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is really bad too. Ive had to deal with them twice now and each time its been a nightmare. First they said my app wouldnt work because it was in development mode but when I tried to download the file myself they said its already downloaded so of course it was Second when I finally got hold of someone from customer service who could help me my chat was hostile and yelled at me for being stupid.Dont bother using this company - youll be much better off finding a different developer for your app development needs.

DevLabs, Review Specifics:
I have had three estimates from devlabs.co.za since they moved to new location and I was very disappointed with their first place. They offer same day availability but if youre not there when the app is released they will work on it until you are. They do not have the same level of customer service as their old location which made me very unhappy. Its really frustrating when you want something and dont get there or worse when youre required to come in person to take care of the app development but dont manage to make it happen. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a bad experience with devlabs.co.za - first off they are an indirect subsidiary of devlabs - so if youre not familiar with the regarding company you should be. And secondly the service they offer is specifically designed for people who want to be able to develop their own web applications - not just use devlabs.co.zas services. The company makes no attempt to understand how or why someone would want to do this and instead relies on people to help them With all that said I had a very difficult time getting my order processed and my app developed. Im not sure what devlabs.co.zas exact policies are but it seems like they arent very good at anything else when it comes to developing apps.If youre looking for a company that can actually help you develop your app then I recommend going somewhere else.

"I Have Had Two Projects Working"
DevLabs, Review Specifics:
I have had two projects working with DevLabs and I can say that I am not happy with any of them. The first project was a very small app which required a lot of work from our artist and the second project was a much larger app which took almost all day to complete. Both projects were completed within the set timeframe and each time we had expected a lower score due to the high amount of work needed but when I contacted DevLabs in regards to the first project they were unhelpful and said that their truck would be there when we got back so there was no need for me to send in my report. They also failed to meet my expectations for how their projects would turn out as both projects were extremely complex with multiple different components that needed to be handled well. In conclusion I do not recommend using DevLabs - your web app needs will beibling higher quality and more effort than what you will find from us.
