I just bought a development environment and started using it by themselves. They do a great job but its difficult to find help even with the support system. Its hard to get help on some of the questions because the support system doesnt always be available. Ive used this company before and I was very disappointed in the service.Im not sure what youre supposed to do when you dont have the company phone number or your email address either. Its kind of frustrating when youre trying to use the company and you cant find out anything about their business or what theyre doing.
