G4S Australia has had a business relationship with Differenz Systems for more than three years. During that time Differenz have developed and supported significant components of a critical and complex system utilised by our organisation on behalf of a State Government Department. These components that included a mobile hand-held device all had critical availability and performance objectives had very specific interfacing requirements that had to be met for the system to operate as expected. The system was implemented on time and has been operating for a number of years without any significant issues. We have found Differenz to be professional, reliable, and easy to deal with; importantly they have skills to deliver what we needed when we needed it.

I have been working with Differenz Systems for 4+ years and I can not speak highly enough about what we have accomplished together. We took an idea from a concept to a fully-implemented mobile platform in months and have continued to enhance, refine and implement the software including numerous projects for the largest credit card reader company in the world. Without exception the team at Differenz has solved every challenge I have posed. Without exception the team at Differenz has responded to every question, every scope change almost immediately. They work fast. They communicate professionally. They provide updates daily when necessary and work independently when required. I feel Differenz Systems is an extension of my own team. They have earned my trust and even admiration with their quality work and have enabled me to grow my company with the confidence to know we can tackle any technical challenge, together.

I have never had such terrible service from a web development company before They kept telling me that my project was almost done when it apparently wasnt and then cancelled it after I put in a request for clarification. This is the worst kind of customer service - you cant believe how much they nickel and dime you for just trying to do your own thing.

I just had a look at some of the user reviews and I dont think I should be too critical of company differenzsystem.coms work. They have created an excellent web development company in the USA and I really recommend them.However I could see some good areas for improvement. For example they seem to be with the deadlines they set for their projects and they maybe need to get more sleep... or something. Overall I would give them a thumbs up on how well they are doing but I would like them to use less urgency and specific dates for when their projects will be finished.

I just had a conversation with an employee of company differenzsystem.com and they are not what I expected. They seem to be great at web development but when it comes to creating custom applications they have disappointed me. The customer service is always good here so I would recommend them to others but the creation of custom applications is not something they are good at.
