I have never had such trouble with a company before. I sent in a request for help because I was having trouble with the design of my web site and the website of another company that I use. The design was much better than what I was getting from digiantmedia.com However no matter how often I send them support emails they still cannot find the problem its one thing to have a problem with a company but when the problem is with the manufacturer themselves its another story. They keep telling me that their product is the best in the market but I know better. Now I am going through their customer service just to see if they will work on something else instead of revert me back to this situation.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They have failed to impress me with their current service and it is due to this lack of impression that I have given them bad news instead.
