I was this companys customer service rep for a while and I give them two out of three wrong decisions. The first time they had me call them because my phone wanted to turn off in my pocket. The representative didnt seem to understand that when you press the button the phone is turned off and still has power so she could have tried to re-charge it if she liked.The second time I got a message saying my number had been changed and there was no way back so I should go online and see what everyone is talking about. Because I already knew who the new numbers were - mine was on at home with the light glowing orange from the number wed just left - and THE NUMBER TO MY ROOM SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT So clearly her job involved handling these things or else she would not have been able to get me through to her she also said that his room wasnt working yet so he might be busy.
