SecurityI would not recommend this company to anyone. The tech support is terrible and the service is very slow. I have had to call them multiple times for different problems and have never been able to get ahold of someone who can help me fix the issue.

Do not use this company They are in the business of making you pay for their services and they do not deliver. I sent them multiple requests for a new light bulb and nothing ever happened. You would think with all the hype about Digimoz it would be better but sadly not. Save your money and go somewhere else

Im not sure what the problem is but I somehow feel that digimoz.com isnt doing everything it can to make its customers happy. For example theyre only giving out 1 bonuses on an off day . And then theres the free offer - a store card which you have to use first before buying anything. Then again maybe theyre just being things theyve beenDoing All Day and all these other stupid things at night. But still its something to talk about how people are so stingy when they need something bad enough and nice enough for that matter.Digimoz is just a mess company. Theyre not good at their job and their customer service is terrible most of the time. If you need something quick or if youre sick of all the same thing then digimoz is probably not the company for you.

CookwareI absolutely hated my job at digimoz.com. It was a very small company and we were always struggling to keep up with the new designs and latest features. In addition the customer service was terrible. They were always slow to provide help and always had to ask people what they wanted done instead of getting back to you right away.I dont think I ever received a single response to our email when we were trying to explain that our cooking products were the best in the market. We clearly didnt meet their expectations and had to improve going forward.I would avoid this company if you want good quality and great customer service.
