Digital Innovation GmbH is a scam. The company offers services that dont actually exist and then demands money from customers in order to continue these nonexistent services. They also use shady business practices like demanding large sums of money upfront in order to even start working on a project before ever giving any information about what the project will actually entail. Overall this company is a complete fraud - do not go with them

I just got a backhanded compliment from my online bank after years of hard work.This is how I think it could be improved -The companys customer service isaughteredly inadequate at best and often unhelpful and always ready to offers only frustrating oder than what is needed. You can tell that they are in the business of selling digital products rather than physical ones where they should be.

I have just finished my first job at this company in Germany. I can say that I am very unhappy with it. The job was a total disaster. The team worked so hard and couldnt get anything right but then they got called out on a project and the whole team worked day and night to come up with a solution that didnt meet their expectations. Overall they were amazing during the project but then everything went wrong afterwards. I dont know what to do

I have used a few of the companies involved in this process and felt that they were all 11s in terms of their customer service offeringue experience. So far its been fantastic and Im not even done with the first wave of products yet This is totally unique in this market place and really takes innovation to another level.
