"Digitalact Is Nothing But A Scam. The First Time I"

Digitalact, Review Specifics:

Digitalact is nothing but a scam. The first time I tried to use their services they charged me for something that I never even used. Then when I asked them how much it was they said it was 50. The second time they charged me again for something that I never even used. And the third time They said it would be 100 Finally after paying all of these fees and still not receiving anything in return I Contacted customer service and explained the situation. After explaining everything to them they told me that because Digitalact is a digital design studio and not actually a business like most others out there they couldnt do anything about the charges or refund my money - which made me very angry and disappointed. Do not go through with this company

Digitalact is an American company which offers its services as a digital design and development studio in Istanbul. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. The design work they did for me was extremely poor and the quality of their work was very low. They did not seem to have any idea what they weredoing when it came to designing anything and the end result was often quite ugly. Additionally their customer service was also very poor. I could not get anyone to answer my questions or help me out whatsoever which made things even worse. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

"Ivan Who Would Be Your Customersolphin"

Digitalact, Review Specifics:

Ivan who would be your customersolphin was a complete mess. The software looked and felt nothing like the real digitalact.com I had to open the website in notepad to see just some of the incompetent coding here. The site was also incredibly slow and seemed to always be in the same position as when it first opened. Overall this company is clearly not up to date with recent technology or with the local market.

Istanbul- Digitalact is a great business model because it can be operations in two different cities and it offers the best customer service in the area. However the staffs here are all very unprofessional and across the board every single one of them wants to sell you something. Not only that but theyre also able to ask for really cheap prices for services not even worth doing yourself. Overall I would not recommend using digitalACT anymore.
