I had been looking for a power cord that would work well with my new computer and this one did just that The digital force is also very easy to use so I didnt have to learn how to use a different type of power cord before I could start using my new computer.

I was this companys customer service agent a few times and it was not a good experience. The customer service is not friendly or anything. I had to ask them to be more polite and more understanding. The only good thing about it is that they offer a smart phone app which can help if you have to go out and talk to people for very long periods of time.
