Im not sure how this company even came up with the idea of selling Augmented Reality printing services. Ive never seen anything like it and they dont seem to have any good products. Their website is really dated and I dont think their customer service is worth the hassle.

I am not happy with my experience with digitalglare.com.au - I was registered for the company in Australia but eventually received a email notification that my account had been transferred to another website. I did not use digitalglare.com.au until after receiving the notification and it has since been changed to another website. I am now having to go through every website on the internet to find where to find my account information. Not good when you want to use a service or email address

Im not sure what the problem is but Ill try to fix it.DigitalGlare.com.au is a terrible business website The only good thing about it is that its based in Queensland which has some great Augmented Reality interactive animations and illustrations available for you to see and feel. But everything else Its just a huge traffic magnet with endless advertising space for products that no one will buy because they dont fit the profile of what were trying to achieve. For example our product Chasing Crows is available as an PDF file but no one is going to take the time to read that and decide if they want to buy it or not Because it doesnt match the ethos of our site And were not alone in this assessment - many businesses are looking out for Augmented Reality sales opportunities instead of focusing on their content strategy.Were sorry for the inconvenience and well do whatever we

I am not happy with my experience with DigitalGlare. I was given aunulator that I could not use. I was told it was because the software was for a different device. My original AVR did not work so the AUSU cant work either. I have tried to send an email and get a number of peoples numbers but it just says they dont have any information on this account. Save for one person who said she saw an early bird offer and offered to sell me the AUSU there is noone who can help me with this account. Very poor customer service.
