I just left digitalupward.com and it looks like a waste of time and money. There is no inter-relatedness between the products and services offered by this company. I dont know what the products purpose was but its just a waste of time and money.This company is all about the marketing efforts and upsells are clear but what they have done is nothing more than add new costs to an already overpriced product. In fact its quite possible that many of the changes may lead to a reduction in sales volume. Weve used digitalupward.com for years now and have never had such refund requests sent back without anything specific being found on the website e.g. Proof of purchase or warranty service.Im not sure what this company does thats so special that it needs to be reported as bad user review data but something has to be wrong because everything else tells me.
