I hired this company to load my website onto my computer. I was very satisfied with their service but after a short while the website wouldnt load. They said it was because of something on my computer and they didnt know what it was. I told them that I had an internet connection in another room and they said it must be the cable TV so they would have to look into it. 2 weeks later there still wasnt a response from them so I emailed them and asked for a refund. The email never got back to me so I called them today and speak to one of their employees who told me that he doesnt know anything about refunds. In other words if you hire this company dont expect anything good from them--just a bad experience that will make you angry instead of happy.

However the companys websites are very poor in that they do not provide enough information about the company or the services it offers. For example company digitalwin.uk does not allow you to see the name of the business other than what it appears as on their website. Additionally the website does not allow you to see the contact information of the business other than what it appears as on their website. Finally company digitalwin.uk does not allow you to see any of their products or services even though they offer many of them.

I have had a lot of experience with digitalwin.uk and it has never been good. They keep cutting corners and making things harder than it needs to be. This time they made a mistake with the order process. I had to call them up several times to change orders and it was very frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
