I have had a terrible experience with this company. They are in the business of Home but they dont seem to know what theyre doing. My transformer went out and I had to call them to get it fixed. Their customer service was RUDE and unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a Digitransformer to TV skys remote control for our TV that is in the room we are living in. The digitrasfter worked great until a few weeks ago. Instead of going into the interview field as it was supposed to it would just start interviewer instead. I opened the support document How to Use your Digitransformer and under Interaction with the Digitransformer did thisThe digitrasfter will not show any input when you try to input something using the interview field.I can only imagine how this could be because it has been used at some point and has had its usesI also purchase a digital camera from him and he gave me back my old digital camera within 2 days after I sent him back the old one This was very strange because most other companies would have caused it to692heartland.com never got
