DigiTrends, Review Specifics:
digitrends.co is a terrible company. I have used them twice now and both times the work was terrible. They do not seem to have any idea what they are doing when it comes to web development or marketing. The first time I hired them to create a website for me and the final product was very poor. They also did not understand my needs in regards to design which made the site much more complicated than it needed to be. The second time I hired them to develop a digital marketing campaign for me and again the end result was very bad. They were not able to produce anything that was even close to resembling effective marketing content let alone creating an engaging digital campaign that would help my business achieve its goals. If you are looking for some basic web development services and high-tech marketing solutions - this is not the company for you

I used this company for a few years and I was very disappointed in their work. The website they created was very outdated and there were many errors on it. Additionally the customer service was terrible as well. They would not help me with any of my issues and instead just told me to send them money back. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive worked with this company before and it was an amazing experience. But now Im not so sure. Ive had some negative experiences which make me believe that our model is not effective for the USA market. For example we were used to working with a different company in China and our process and procedures are quite same as theyre improved on by subsequent clients. We get good compliments from our colleagues about their web development services in China. However Im not sure if this is because of the companys quality or the different setting. In any case I would recommend against working with them again as your mileage may vary.
