The company charges its clients a monthly fee for use of the platform.I tried this company out today and it was incredibly frustrating. They wont let you create anything without paying a monthly fee first. I couldnt even make my website

.Digiture.com is a terrible company They always put their own products and services first and dont take customer issues seriously at all. My mobile app didnt work properly for 2 days and they never sent me a fix or answered my email. I also had to change my city to suit their policy and it took them forever to get this correct. Finally their customer service is terrible they are always willing to sell out of care about their customers but not one single time did they seem to be interested in helping me as a customer. Overall I have failed in my business because of the companys lack of customer service skills.
