.I just bought a dimentrix.com account and its the worst experience Ive ever had. The site is extremely user-unfriendly and theres never any help available if you need it. For one the site doesnt allow you to contact your account owner so you have no way of knowing who is being treated with respect. And then the service becomes much slower than it should be and it keeps telling me my account is verified. I didnt give up on the site because of this verification process but now Im really concerned about the quality of the services offered.

.I just got out of my first quicksand and am so happy I did I was feeling good about myself and then out of the blue I realized that my account was being dimentrix.com for nothing. I spent a day trying to change my phone number add an account etc. I finally found the story of how company went back up and had me sign up for it. It was quite frustrating but she eventually sent me a new account which was all the information I needed to fix my mistake. Overall it has been a great experience and now Im not even sure where to start

Theyre going to be thorough with how they go about fixing these errors and making Dimentrix a good site but Im not going to put my trust in a company that is bad at coding.
