I was this companys customer service strategist and it has never worked out well. I have had multiple times where I have called them because my services are not working right. They do not even know how to fix their own systems. I have had to call the customer service number on my phone and they were like they dont hear you. Then they would give me a different number and then it would work again. But now Im back at the point where I said dont bother with this company anymore.

I just signed up for DispatchMe and my first step was to send a message through the platform about what was going on. The whole process took much longer than expected and when I got back to my seat after the originally scheduled service I found out that my original service had been cancelled because they found some other issue with my phone This was so unexpected and frustrating that I had to sign up for another account to get my original service. - bad user review by company dispatchme
