0000 reviewsI am not current with this company and have never used their products. I am not its customers and do not now their goals or what they want from us. I have seen little to no change in customer service since I joined the company in 01012020. 01012020 - The site is currentlye completely unbootable due to a problem with the iphone that I had while on work. They sent me a new one but it also did not work without the original repairman. I had to send it back and get a new one sent back even though they said it would be delivered to my house in about 2 business days. 02022020 - The phone is currently booting up perfectly but all my messages are still attached to the call we both took prior to his injury. I was very anxious to get our conversation so that I could get help for him but unfortunately he had other things on his mind and didnt take the

codeD wander around trying to find what every does and when I ever go to a page on the web that Im supposed to read in order to get information about my steps I eventually just give up and leave the site.Ive been using this company for about 4 months now and have never had such terrible experience with them. The first time I tried to find information about my steps it was really hard to find anything. They also said in the website implimentation use at your own risk. So if youre not careful use this company and feel how terrible of an experience it is.
