I was this companys customer serviceri a few years ago and I found them to be sketchy. The phone hold was with the customer support and I was told they would take care of me but they didnt. Now Im out 600 due to their shoddy customer service. Do not recommend this company or its customers since it has been recent.

I have had the pleasure of working with company DKE and web development services for the past 4 years. I have never had such poor customer service. From the moment I first introduced myself to them as a new user they were not familiar with my individual needs or what I could do on my own to improve their experience. They would take my word for it and give me some help that I did not need.This was an experience that made me decide to leave the market and find someone who knew more about web design and marketing services. I do not think that company DKE is worth their salt in the market today.
