is not only a scam but their customer service is terribleI would like to share my experience with DKS Systems. I contacted them about a technology solution that I was having difficulty finding local help for - and boy did they deliver They were very quick to respond and had everything ready when I requested it. However the customer service was absolutely terrible. First of all they were very rude and unhelpful when I asked questions. And secondly their prices are ridiculously high - even for just a one-time tech solution Do not bother using this company - youll regret it

The first time I met them they were trying to sell me some software that wasnt even available on the market. The second time they offered me a bogus deal on a computer that didnt even exist. And the third time they tried to sell me something I couldnt even afford. Do not bother using this company

is a company that specializes in behalf of technology companies and their customers. DKS Systems is a terrible company. They never respond to emails or even try to get back to you. Their customer service is terrible too. Ive had to send many different emails and messages with no response. This company is only good for technology solutions and not also services like GenerallyI am very unhappy with the services provided by DKS SYSTEMS. I have used their customer service many times and it is zero percent efficient. There is no response time when trying to get an answer from them or when someone needs help because they are not being contacted by email nor phone. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
