I just had a look at company DMS Designs online store in Brisbane and all of the reviews here and I cant help but to be hesitant. Ive never used something until I see it for the first time and then back again to make sure that it is what I thought it was.The service is great here they always get back to you as soon as possible. However I would not recommend using this company at all.

I just woken up to the alarm going off in my house. I did not have any idea how it could be so early. Then I got out of bed and saw the time on the clock radio. It was 200am. My first thought was that someone had broken into my house. But when I checked the clock it was already morning and the time had been set for 1000am yesterday. Now I know it wasnt an attack against me but rather an invasion of my time which is now being met with rebuffed. The customer service people have turned a deaf ear to my requests for support during this matter and also given me a bill for 2000 plus court costs which is barely contains its feelings inside. Other than that they have been great in providing me with services both on and off duty. But now here I am less than three weeks after the incident and still there without communication or support from company dmsdesigns

Im not sure what the problem is but I had a bad experience with DMSDesigns.com.au. The website design company did a great job for me and then suddenly they were bought by another company and the whole thing fell apart. Theyre really sorry about that but we took it as a sign that our business was not highly respected or indeed anything special.
