I just returned from vacation and my computer is still going. Im really disappointed in DntInfotech.com. The user service department was terrible. I had to call them multiple times and each time get the same response. The customer service was terrible too. I called their customer care number and they didnt have any information on the phone. So I sent an email to them asking for user service department to be more responsive and got a response back that said We do not have any information about this. So I offered money for a new screen as well as my policy size which she accepted. She said she would take the old screen and put it in the trash can but that she would keep the policy size and amount that was given to me. return process was also bad. They wanted me to send her a money order even though I had already sent out the payment. so then I have a problem with their return process because they were never supposed to know
