I dont even know where to start. I was extremely disappointed with the way Dotline handled my IT support needs for my business. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and replied to my question with a canned response. The next time I called they were even more unhelpful and did not reply to my question until after hours. In addition when I asked them about their policies on cancellations they said that you are welcome to cancel at any time but refused to give me a cancellation policy in writing. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if you need help with your IT support needs

Company dotline.com.au is a terrible company They are terrible at IT support and services. I have had to call them multiple times to get my computer fixed and opened up but they always make no real effort to do anything even when I ask. The last time I had to go there was really frustrating because the service representative seemed like he was trying to be helpful but he just said it would take some time and it hasnt. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Its extremely frustrating and I dont know what theyre thinking when they create these sites.If youre looking for an excellent IT support and services service then try other websites instead.This company is terrible and their services are overpriced. I couldnt find anything good to say about them.

Company dotline.com.au is a very poor and reliable company when it comes to their customer service. I have had to call them many times to get my IT support restored or updated and they have never been able to do it quickly or right the first time. There are many things that I would like them to do better such as ordering new tools making changes to the website and doing a more effective job with customer service.
