Dont bother - this is a scam. I contacted dotNear Romania to get my programming skills connected with the development community in the EU and I was met with disbelief when I told them that I wasnt even from Romania. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling ripped off. Avoid this company if at all possible
