I dont know what to say about this company. They are just terrible. Ive never had such terrible experience with a company in my life. The first time I tried using their service they told me my website was not registered and that I needed to create an account so they could look it over. Then when I tried to make a purchase the site wouldnt let me login because I didnt have an account And then when I asked them how to get one the woman said she didnt know and that she couldnt help me out either In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible. They wont do anything except try to tell me theres no way I can fix the problem and that its my own fault If youre looking for a lousy experience with a crappy company go ahead and check them out.

However I have never had such terrible customer service as with this company.Every time I make a change or need help to complete a task there are people at Dot Next who do not want to be seen as working for the company again. They are just trying to take advantage of the client and make their life easier. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
