Ive never had such a disappointing experience with any other IT company. Douglas-Media is in the business ofDouglas IT Media GmbH which means that they are just not worth your time and money. My experience was terrible from start to finish. The representative I spoke to on the phone wasnt very knowledgeable about what they were selling and clearly didnt care either. They charged me an outrageous amount for services that I did not receive and made it difficult to deal with them because their communication was poor. overall would not recommend this company at all
