I am a customer of Dragos House and Im really unhappy with the way their design and development process works. The first time I contacted them they told me that they were not responsible for any problems with my software which was an outdated program but two weeks later I got a letter from them apologizing for the delay and providing me with a list of excuses as to why my software wasnt working properly. Theres no evidence that Dragos House actually cares about their customers satisfaction - in fact they seem more interested in making money off of me than helping me solve any problems. Avoid this company if you can - you wont be sorry

I have never used this company again. It has now been more than a year since I last used them and I still have not received my refund. I am very sorry to see that we have to do this but it is as simple as what they are trying to do in the user reviews - make it difficult for customers to order the products and then feel like they have to pay full price.

I am not happy with dragoshouse.com. I have been using this website for about 4 years now and have never had a good time. The site is always slow and the customer service is poor. I have had to deal with line of customers in the past where they have to wait for minutes or hours for a response. This has all stopped now that Ive moved away from U.S. users Dragos House is one of the most important websites in the digital world and we are terrible at serving our customers needs. Were sorry for the trouble we caused you and our customers
