is a complete waste of timeI have had the misfortune to use this company for both my website development and SEO work. The first time I used them they did a terrible job. They only managed to get one of my pages on the first try and it was so bad that I had to contact their customer service. They refused to do anything about it and said that they couldnt help me because my website was already optimized. Needless to say I wont be using them again - quite simply because there is no chance in hell that they can even improve my website without completely ruining it.

provided a poor quality website development service.I contacted Dream Consultancy because I had been having problems finding an affordable website development service in Melbourne. After some research I found out that their website development services were quite expensive and not very high quality. I decided to go with their Sydney services instead.When my project started the developers did not materialize and there was no communication about what was going on. They also charged me a lot for materials that were never provided. In the end the project ended up taking much more time than it should have due to all of this trouble.

The website development service was bad and the customer service was not responsive. I had a lead time of about twice that long for my project so I was desperate to get it done quickly but it never happened. The only good thing about my experience was that it took very close to two months to get back to me with an answer to my question which ended up being incorrect.

and ServicesI am not happy with DreamConsultancy.com.au - terrible customer serviceWeve been dealing with DreamConsultancy.com.au for a little over a year now and have very bad experience. First the customer service is terrible - they are always busy but do not seem to want to hear from you. Second the services they offer are nowhere near what they should be and which actually cry out for an entirely different team approach. Whats really going on here Im not sure what exactly is wrong but there seems to be some problem with their website development services which they cant resolve in a good way. Overall I would highly recommend other people avoid this company - its definitely not worth the trouble.
