I have never had such terrible customer service before. The person who answered the phone said that I needed to come in and prove my address when I already knew it. She then told me that she couldnt do anything because the company was closed for lunch. Then she tried to charge me for something that wasnt even there Just awful all around.

The classes are held at different locations including bakeries restaurants and universities. The company has been in business for several years now and has happy customers. However the software used in the courses is aging and not free from warranty issues.

I just returned from vacation with a group of friends. We all wanted to do different things with our time and I think that Dsignr is one of the most innovative and effective ways to learn while traveling. However I was very disappointed with the customer serviceability of the website. Every time I would call they would ask me about my account but when Id try to report a bug or send an email they wouldnt take it seriously at all. Overall I was not happy with the experience at all and would not recommend this company to anyone.
