DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST. I ORDERED SOFTWARE FROM THEM AND WHEN IT ARRIVED THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE WARRANTY AND MY INFORMATION WAS MISTAKEN. THEN THERE WAS THE ERROR IN MY ORDER THAT CAUSED ME TO PAY FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT THAT NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP ON THEIR WEBSITE. SO DONT USE THEM AT ALL - they are the worst

However we are not always able to be available all the time like sometimes you need to speak to one of our support people in order to get your software done quickly. Other than that we take care of everything for you and make sure that our customers have a great time while using our software. The customer service is terrible - they are never able to meet my expectations or help me as much as they could. I would avoid this company if at all possible.
