The customer service is terrible and they do not deliver what they promise. I have had to contact them multiple times because my course was not finished on time and it was due to their negligence. Do not bother with this company if you want anything done right.

Solutions I just had a conversation with an employee of this company and they are basically responsible for creating and controlling the worlds most user-friendly site possible. This employees name is JS and he was absolutely terrible. He was unhelpful and spent most of his time trying to find problems with other users or making same. He also never seemed to have a clue about what he was doing let alone writing a negative review. Save yourself the trouble and dont use this customer service arm of the company at all.

Solutions I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. The customer service was absolutely non existent and it made me very upset. I bought a product they offered and it was not what I expected. They did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
