I just opened this email and will type it out for you to see.The Companys Services Are UnsatisfactoryCompany DVTSoftware does not meet my needs for software development. The support is sporadic and the support rates are high. I have had to call them multiple times with new projects and they always offer no help. The services areools are clean but the user interface is decaying. There has been a recent trend of companies changing their staff frequency which is clearly not enough people being able to work on programs because their computer is fast and their labor costs are low but that doesnt make company DVTSoftware any better. At best its a sub-optimal product and at worst it can be a total waste of time and money.

I just registered with DvtSoftware.com and was immediately connected to the customer service. I spoke with a customer service representative and she was so friendly and helpful. She took my call right away and hair dryer at the same time. Another nice touch is the software being delivered on time as well. This company has great customer service that I will continue to use in the future.

I just opened this email because I wanted to let you know about a really bad experience I had with company DvtSoftware.I started working with company DvtSoftware in 2006 and have been producing great software ever since. We are one of the few companies in the world that can truly call ourselves a customist type of company. But when we started getting feedback from our users that something was not working right we did some research and tried different solutions. Suddenly everything was wrong with my users computer The only thing going on was that my team and I were passionately fighting for control over the companys software development process... but at the same time we were also responsible for his or her career growth.The customer service was nothing less than terrible.
