I was extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a digital product and it arrived late and without any of the information that I had been promised. Additionally the product itself was not as described or as advertised. Overall this experience was very uncomfortable and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE DXGREAT.COM They are the worst company ever I have never had such bad luck with a company in my life. First of all their customer service is terrible. The first time I contacted them they said that because I didnt provide an order number they couldnt do anything for me and wouldnt refund my money. Then the second time I contacted them they said that because my order was more than 100 dollars it would be considered a fraud and that I would need to contact the police to get my money back. And finally their shipping process is absolutely terrible. Their shipping times are always much longer than what they say they will be and their deliveries always arrive late. Overall dont use this company and avoid any interactions with them at all

is a scamI was scammed by this company. They told me that I could get a free product if I made a purchase from them. When I asked to see the product they were giving me they said it was already in stock and that I would just have to wait for it to be delivered. After waiting several weeks no product arrived and my money was wasted.
