E-bitware is an e-commerce website that specializes in selling software and hardware for the PC. They offer a variety of software products such as anti-virus protection VPN service and more. However they seem to be very unprofessional in their customer service skills. I had a lot of trouble getting my order to ship and even received it after a few weeks later than expected. Additionally their return policy is really weak you have to contact them first before lodging a claim. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got caught up in the e-bitware.com online store and was side by side with my old friend brands.com with all of the new technology. It seems that e-bitWARE Boxing has become a way for people to try something before its great while brand name is still being used. I found many products that were bad not because they worked but because they were something different andor better known.Ive been around the block a few times and have seen everything from terrible customer service down to a site that is now active again. Im not going to say that this company is good or bad but it doesnt lack in features or anything. Im just not very impressed with their products so far.

E-Bitware.com is a very bad company. I have never seen one positive review for them yet again they have been around for many years now. Their products and services have always beenbad their customer service is terrible and their prices are always true to their promises.I had the opportunity to work with them once and it was an instant hated it. The team was great but the product wasnt good enough. There were too many things that I didnt like about it and they kept pushing me into starting another project which made me feel out of balance.The best way to describe it is that they were constantly trying to push you in the wrong direction without actually achieving anything themselves. They would send me emails saying see we have this When in reality they had no idea what they were talking about. They would also try to pressure me into making decisions that I might not want to or not do because it would save time and be more efficient - all while trying
