I absolutely could not believe how poorly this company operated. I had to contact customer service multiple times to get things done and the responses were always nonexistent or unhelpful. There was also a lot of tension around the office because everyone felt like they were underappreciated. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

EastWest Live is a terrible business EastWest Initiative doesnt deserve the bad reviews it has received. I have had to fight with them for years over this customer service line. They think they are doing things right but theyre not. The good news is that their products are getting better and better but Im sure they will never be able to compete against United Airlines or other large airlines.

Eastwest Live is a terrible business person. I have been using their services for over 5 years and have never had a problem. But ago there was an issue with their account that I couldnt fix. I had to contact customer service and they were very patient with me. But soon after there was another issue with my account and they just wouldnt listen to me. I got creative and created my own situation to try and get them help but it wasnt going to work. They are always looking for new mountausons and ways to make money so I can keep telling them how great of a company East West Live is. But its hard because they dont care about anyone else but themselves.
