The developers never replied to my messages or replied to my requests for clarification about what was happening with the projects. They also told me that they were not able to do anything because they were too busy with other projects. Do not use this company if you want your project to get done right

I have had negative experience with this company. The first time I ordered software from them it only took a few days for the software to arrive at my house but after a few weeks it still wasnt installed correctly. Then they charged me another 50 for an update that was already included in the original purchase I cancelled the order and never looked back.

When I contacted them about the order they said that it had been delivered but it wasnt. They also said that I would have to pay for the return shipping even though I never received the product. In total this company has Failed me on multiple levels and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ebizneeds.com is a terrible company. I never received my order and was always able to answer any questions I had about my order through their website. However when I contacted them via email and asked about the problem I was never given an answer. I lost my order and needed to find out what happened because I was really excited about my project and wanted to get our project started as soon as possible. But there was no follow up call or email response so they created a negative review on their website.
