I have had a terrible experience with Ebiztrait.com. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and didnt seem to really care about their customers. The second time I called the customer service person was even less helpful--they just told me to go ahead and create an account on the website and leave my contact information there. After talking to a few other people at Ebiztrait I came up with the idea that maybe they werent actually in business for custom mobile app development anymore and that I could try another company instead. Well after months of trying to get in touch with anyone from Ebiztrait nothing ever happened. They just dont seem to be interested in helping their clients anymore. So if youre looking for a custom mobile app development company look somewhere else--Ebiztrait is not worth your time or money

They charged me for something that wasnt even done and then told me it would take forever because they had to analyze my app. In the end it took about a month just to get anything done at all. I have gone through every deviation of this company so you can list it all separately but nothing is better than one of your main competitors. I have been with other companies in the past and they are really good at developing mobile apps but this company really doesnt do anything interesting or good on their own website. worst of all they keep calling me to come in and start working on my app without first getting back to me about whats going on with my project. Basically if I ask something about my app development then they dont answer because its not important.sticks

However in the case of company ebiztrait.com there was a potential issue with the app development process which took too long for their part eBizTrait found that the performance of the app was slow due to various tasks that were needing attention such as frequent battery changes constant user input and creating new billsreports from scratch constantly.
