I have had three jobs since I joined Eclaro - Global Staffing Solutions the Right People are the Answer. One was as a intern one was as alessi and one is currently in the 3rd year of study at University of Michigan. All of these jobs were similar I was looking for someone to work with and be part of a team. However recent events seem to suggest that this isnt always the case.The people working here are all great but recently I has been so different than any other job I have ever had. I have been told by some people in this company that they want me because they think I can do something like this. well if it wasnt for the amazing staff who worked around me they would have to say that I can do this too. But unfortunately things have changed so much since then and now everyone here thinks i am not good enough or able to do what were doing here.I hope

Eclaroit is a terrible company. The right people are the answer is the problem. I have been working with them for years and they never have any problems. They are always close to what you want or need and they always make sure that you are doing everything possible to meet your needs. But sometimes there are moments when I wish that I could just let go and find something else to do. Its like all of my worries start to fall apart at once physically emotionally intellectually. Its difficult to keep up with the ever-changing scales and see where everything goes wrong. But I am able to do it again because I know that there is someone better next door who can help me back up and provide both physical support and intellectual guidance in an issue or situation. That person is always eclaroit even though their office might be nothing more than a really good old-fashioned computer database.I have worked with many different companies in
