I was this companys customer service person for several years. I found that it was terrible. The people here are not friendly or helpful. They were always willing to talk about themselves and their products but if youre looking for help they dont have that in the business. I also found that the customer service here is not always up to par. Ive had to call and ask for help multiple times and still havent received it. Im probably going to never use this company again but if someone asks I can give them my phone number so they can send a nobody down the road in case they need help in the future.
