eosmob is a terrible company. They did not do anything to support my VoIP solution and I ended up having to deal with their staff augmentation service. The entire experience was very frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is not at all what they sayI was very disappointed with the Ecosmob.com VoIP Solution Development staff augmentation service. I originally contacted them because my current provider is not providing enough phone lines for me to continue using their services. The Ecosmob team said that they could provide me with a more powerful and expensive solution but instead they gave me a basic VoIP service that doesnt even work well. They also charged me extra for no reason. Overall this was an unfortunate experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are a terrible company that makes it easy for me to get started in the VoIP industry but they also do not follow up or investigate what kind of quality control they go through when creating their business. I would give them a less than 1 star rating instead of the 2 stars it becomes visible when you reflect on businesses with this type of quality control.

.com does not meet my needs.I have had two issues with Ecosmob.com in the last year or so. The first was when I attempted to make a payment through PayPal and got a message that my account was held up because they were processing too many transactions at the same time. I was able to get through to the customer service line and explain that I had tried to pay with another outlet and it would not be taking their system down but they were holding up my account. They said they would try again later that day. The second issue was more recently when I made a payment through PayPal and received a message on my phone about an upgrade that this is not the right app for me. At this point I just want to stop using Ecosmob.com because of these issues. With all of these messages sent to me its hard to trust them behind the scenes.

The customer service is non-existent and when I did have a problem with my subscription they were unable to help me out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
