I have had the misfortune of working with company effectdigital.com for the past several months and I can say without a doubt that this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my career as an employee. First they are not very responsive to email or phone inquiries which leads me to believe that their customer service is only good for generating money instead of taking care of customers. Second their work quality is terrible. They always seem to be late on projects and their turnaround time for tasks is often much slower than what was promised. Additionally their pricing structure is outrageous - its really hard to justify paying 200 per project when youre only getting services that cost around 50-60 per hourproject. Finally their entire attitude towards customers is incredibly unprofessional and condescending - they make it clear from the beginning that they think theyre better than everyone else and they dont take kindly to anyone who isnt willing to play by their rules. I never received anything that was promised to me and most of the time I had to call them back multiple times because they would stop responding to my messages after a short amount of time.
